Although workplace safety failures are the most costly
expense of forklifting, there are big ongoing operation

with the line workstation to get material to the line in

stop-and-go forklift transport.

- Carts can be easily moved by hand or in a train with
a tugger.

locked in place during transport of the cart.

Fork-Free Lift

 Airfloat
has created the lowest-profile-lift-tilt-and-rotate unit
(patent pending) for the fork-free environment.
This unit
is able to position fork free carts ergonomically in the
most complex environment. With 14" of vertical lift,
full rotation ability, and 35 degrees of tilt, this unit
is truly unique.
 Many
variations of this unit have been made for various customers,
creating fork-free lifts, rotates, or tilts individually
or in combinations.
