With a focus on solutions, the Airfloat website will be a source for the latest in movement innovations, presented through product overviews, case studies and industry solutions. As a working communications tool, look for the site to be updated on a continual basis.

May 5,2006 Two engineers join Airfloat to keep up with the growing demands of business. Dan Peifer, Design and Control Engineer (formally of Basic Controls, Inc.) and Tony Warfel, Design Engineer (formally with Grand Prairie Enterprises).

April 1,2006Airfloat, LLC. announces the hiring of Kevin Smith as the Automotive Sales Manager. Based out of Detroit, Kevin will continue to lead the charge on providing material handling solutions to our many customers within the automotive industry. “The automotive sector has always been an important niche for Airfloat,” comments Jason Stoecker, President, “and the appointment of Kevin to this new position demonstrates our continued support to a very important industry. As an engineer with over 20 years with GM/DelphiWhile, Kevin will be overseeing our current business within the sector, plus leading Airfloat to be very involved in engineering new material handling solutions.”

November 14,2005 Airfloat, LLC. has launched their new logo and revived the original tagline Innovations in Movement. As when Airfloat originally developed air bearing technologies, our focus today continues to search for ways to develop solutions surrounding innovations in movement. The new logo visually depicts the use of air bearings (under Air) moving effortlessly across a level surface (the line under float).

August 1,2005 Mr. Jason Stoecker completes acquisition of Airfloat, LLC. With experience in operations and management, Mr. Stoecker will focus on expanding the company product lines, as well as the industries served, to continue Airfloats leadership position in material handling solutions.
